PVUSD Executive Pay Excesses

OUT-OF-PROPORTION compensation increases for PVUSD's senior management, beginning in school year 2006-2007, have raised serious questions. Have relationships among district leaders grown too close, creating a culture of cronyism? Did superintendent-level leaders go beyond acceptability as they awarded and accepted public funds? Has a five-member board majority abandoned its oversight mandate? And has the public been given the opportunity it deserves to know what's going on?
